The deadly earthquake in Sichuan has not only taken tens of thousand of lives and left millions homeless. Dujiangyan City was heavily damaged in the May 12 earthquake. Many of survivors are faced with a new start in their life after the earthquake. Through the partnership for rebuilding, Dujiangyan successfully passed through the dark time of the earthquake. And helpers provided more than just money and rebuiding teams. During the process, helpers brought confidence to the residents and officials here. This came in the form of training advanced management skills, now allowing the city leaders to manage a new city and help local people cope with the earthquake's aftermath.
